The most effective way to protect a below-ground structure is to prevent water from ever reaching it. External waterproofing creates a continuous barrier around the outside of the building, stopping groundwater at its source and protecting the structure for its entire lifespan.
External Waterproofing Options
Every structure faces different ground conditions — from high hydrostatic pressure to contaminated soils or gas exposure. Selecting the right system at the outset is critical, as the external membrane forms the first and most important line of defence.
